Before renting from Miss Fits Rentals please be aware of our terms and conditions, as we want you to have the best experience when renting with us.

When you place an order through our website, these are the terms that you are agreeing to. 

1. As the renter, you agree to all images provided to us of you wearing our rental to be posted by Miss Fits Rentals on our social media.

2. As the owner of Miss Fits Rentals, I have the right to refuse to not serve who I choose to rent from Miss Fits Rentals. 

3. When booking a garment you must state the date you will be wearing the rental along with your full name, address, and phone number, if you are wishing to have the item to be shipped to you. For postage, we ensure your garment will be sent to you 2-3 business days before the rental date unless the garment has been booked less than 2-3 business days in advanced. In this case, the garment will be posted the following business day. 

4. The garment rented must only be worn by the person who has rented the dress. 

5. Pricing of rentals depend on the garment as well as if you wish to have a garment shipped to you. 

6. Postal or shipping pricing is $10 for standard shipping or $13 for rural excluding the price of the rental to hire. Our garment hire prices are non-negotiable and the hire price includes dry cleaning. overnight Tracking is provided with all garments as well as return bag. All garment are to be sent back the next working day after it has been worn. Failure to do so will result in a $10 charge per day due to delay for the rental being dry cleaned and received by the following person.

7. When agreeing to rent from Miss Fits Rentals, you agree to the rental price, shipping price and paying for the costs of any damages that were made during the period of time the garment is in your possession and before it being returned to our address. This includes but is not limited to, rips, tears, stains etc. this will either cover the costs of repairing the damage or replacing the item at full retail price. 

8. Try ons are available for Christchurch based customers, however I cannot guarantee the garment you wish to try on will be there at the time of your try on, unless arranged prior via instagram. postal tryons are not offered during busy periods, however, measurements, photos and recommended sizing are offered to help with this.

9. All purchases through Miss Fits Rentals are final. If you place an order and decide you do not need it, store credit can only be made 7 days prior to this. If the garment is sent to you and it doesn't fit our you don't like it, no refunds or store credit are offered. if the item has not been sent or picked up, we will provide you with store credit. Please refer to our Covid page with more information regarding store credits for Covid related cancellations.

10. All drop off/pick up times for garments must be arranged prior through contacting us. 

11. Please treat our garments as your own, contact us ASAP if a garment is damaged whilst in your possession to discuss further process.
